How can I insert activesync client in my ce 4.2 platform for vortex 6071?

I have a win ce4.2 imade for a vortex x86 6071 bat it isn't activesync client and WCELOAD.EXE in its, how can i install. Because without it i'm not able to connect to te HMI Help me please.
