MSDN The following site demonstrates how to maximize software portability by writing modular code and includes a set of downloadable applications and platform-agnostic libraries that will run on multiple operating system platforms: Windows CE .NET, Pocket PC (2000 and 2002) and any Microsoft desktop operating system supporting .NET 1.1 or the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework version 1.
