Hai, I have the following problem, before that my environments are, Client OS: Microsoft Windows CE .NET 4.2 Server OS: Windows 2000 server with SP4. Problem:- Using RDP protocol, the client is connected with Windows 2000 server. When the users are working with the session, suddenly black color patches (small rectangular shaped BLACK PATCHES) appear on some part of the screen. These patches hides/make black colors on the User Interface elements like Start Menu, Time display, etc ... in the desktop. This problem occurs randomly. Once I log off the session and re-login, it disappears. Is the following can be the Solution:- Some of RDP registry Entries in the WinCE Platform are, 1. BitmapCacheSize 2. BitmapPersistCacheSize 3. BitmapPersistCache16Size 4. BitmapPersistCache24Size 5. BitmapPersistCacheLocations. Does these reg entries will have certain impact on the problem ?. Here my doubt is by suitably using the above reg entries, whether the problem would be solved ?. Any help would be appreciated...... Regards, Kumar.
